What we collect
When you subscribe, we collect your name, company name, email address, and your alert preferences (trades, counties, set-aside and deadline-runway settings). When you use the board, we keep basic server logs. Our digest emails route “view official posting” clicks through our own domain so we can measure which sources subscribers actually use; we do not use tracking pixels in v1 emails.
How we use it
Your preferences exist for one purpose: matching public contract postings to you and sending the digest and reminders you signed up for. We may send a small number of service messages about BidPelican itself (a new source going live, a pricing change) to active subscribers.
What we never do
We never sell or share your information, preferences, or saved items with third parties for their marketing. Subscriber data is never shared with the providers or businesses in our wider lead network — being a BidPelican subscriber is your business alone.
Text messages (SMS)
BidPelican does not send text messages in v1. If an SMS reminder option is ever offered, it will be opt-in at enrollment, described here before it launches, and you will be able to reply STOP to end messages and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply to any future SMS program. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately, and a manage-preferences link that changes what your next digest contains. You can also ask us to delete your subscriber record entirely by replying to any digest.
The listings themselves
Contract listings on this site are public records published by government agencies, reproduced with attribution and a link to the official posting. BidPelican is a private service operated by King Bull Ventures LLC. It is not affiliated with SAM.gov, the State of Florida, Miami-Dade County, Broward County, or any government agency.
